Think Fiberglass Shipping Policy
FyberLok Waterproofing Kits are shipped and fulfilled by Think Fiberglass.

CUSTOMER-PAID SHIPPING
All shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. Think Fiberglass does not mark up shipping costs.
FyberLok Kits contain epoxy resin, hardener, and fiberglass reinforcement, which may require special handling.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within:
- 1–2 business days for in-stock kits
- Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once a label is created
Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.

TRANSIT TIME
Estimated delivery time after shipment:
- 5–10 business days within the continental United States
- Rural or remote areas may require additional time
- Carrier delays, weather conditions, and routing changes are outside our control

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL HANDLING
FyberLok components may be classified as hazardous materials, including epoxy resin and epoxy hardener. Carriers may require:
- Adult signature
- Additional handling time
- Special labeling or routing

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered,” Think Fiberglass is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier to initiate a trace or file a claim.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (48-Hour Claim Window)
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Email thinkfiberglass@hotmail.com within 48 hours
2. Include your order number
3. Provide clear photos of the damaged contents and packaging
Think Fiberglass will replace any damaged components at no cost.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Think Fiberglass is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
If a package is returned to us:
- Customer must pay new shipping charges to resend
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

FyberLok Waterproofing Kits currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may become available in the future.
