Think Fiberglass Return & Refund Policy
FyberLok Waterproofing Kits are manufactured and distributed by Think Fiberglass. These kits contain epoxy resin, epoxy hardener, fiberglass reinforcement, and other chemical components. These materials are classified as hazardous and chemical-based construction products. Due to federal regulations and contamination risks, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS.
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
- Opened or unopened epoxy resin
- Epoxy hardener (Part B)
- Fiberglass reinforcement materials
- Any included chemicals or powders
- Any kit where the seal is broken
- Any item that has left our facility
This is standard for epoxy resin and hazardous material products.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS (48-Hour Claim Window)
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Email thinkfiberglass@hotmail.com within 48 hours
2. Include your order number
3. Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
Think Fiberglass will replace damaged components at no cost. Claims made after 48 hours cannot be honored due to carrier claim restrictions.

INSTALLATION ISSUES / LEAKS
Think Fiberglass does not issue refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
- Improper installation
- Incorrect epoxy mixing ratios
- Failure to embed fiberglass reinforcement properly
- Inadequate surface preparation
- Applying epoxy outside recommended temperature ranges
- Substrate movement, framing defects, or structural issues
- Failure to follow the FyberLok installation videos and instructions
All waterproofing performance depends on correct installation and proper handling of epoxy resin and fiberglass.

WRONG ADDRESS / UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Think Fiberglass is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered during checkout.
If a package is returned to us:
- Customer must pay new shipping charges to resend
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours ONLY if the order has not yet shipped. Once a shipping label is created or the carrier picks up the package, the order can no longer be cancelled.
